01 Happy Team
This comes first for a reason. We truly believe in taking care of our team members, and in return, they are happy to be serving our purpose and our Guests. A Happy Team to us, is a team that is engaged, enthusiastic, and encouraged on every single shift. Our leaders believe in setting our team members up for success by maintaining our high standards of service and products through coaching and constructive feedback.
02 Happy Guests
Guests are our reason for being here. We appreciate them for every visit, for every phone call, and for every bit of feedback they are willing to give us. Suggesting items for their enjoyment and providing them with exceptional food and service is what we are here to do. Our Guests are here for a hospitable experience, not a transactional experience. We stress referring to our “Customers” as “Guests” because that is exactly how we want them to feel in our restaurants.
03 Every Day
Consistency is key. Being consistent with our service, atmosphere, uniform and attitude creates Guests that want to come back because they know what to expect. Consistency with the taste and presentation of our menu guarantees that they will enjoy their meal every time they order it. Our Guests can depend on us to be here for them breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, weekends, and holidays. Our team also needs to be enthusiastic to serve “Every Day”. Even on days you might not “feel” like it.
